What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process through which you work together with your coach on defining goals you want to achieve and setting clear action steps to accomplish them. The coach is 100% dedicated to your success and the only agenda is the one you set. A coach also acts as an accountability partner to help you stay on track.
A coach provides a sounding board for you to be able to see problems and identify solutions in a way you can’t easily do on your own. Even individuals with high levels of self-awareness cannot observe their own thoughts the way an outsider can.
The coaching relationship is entirely confidential and is one of trust. Coaching sessions provide a non-judgemental space for you to bring up any variety of issues.

How is Coaching different from therapy, mentoring and consulting?
In a nutshell, therapy looks at the past to fix what is broken. Consulting looks at the present with the lens of an expert trying to figure out how to fix things from a strategic standpoint. Mentoring or training offers advice or new information for passive intake. Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client -- the client is the expert on themselves. The focus is on moving forward and affecting positive change in your life.
How long does coaching last?
The average length of time to work with a coach varies, with 3 months on the lower end and 9 months
onward on the higher end. I suggest committing to at least 3 months of work if you want to see lasting change.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Everyone can benefit from coaching. I work with clients virtually, over the phone, and in person if they are local to Austin, TX.
I promise to always respect your time, and appreciate it that you respect mine. 24 hours notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 24 hour notice is given, it will count as a missed session .
