Q. I have a lot on my plate and fear I won't have enough time to dedicate to the program.  How much time is required in addition to the coaching calls?

A.  The great thing about the program is that all the work is done during the calls. There is no actual “homework”. You will find yourself thinking about the concepts & strategies you learn, and will have more awareness as you go through your days, in between coaching calls. But there won’t be any lengthy assignments.

Q.  What else do I get when I join?

A.  You’ll get access to a private Facebook Group. The Facebook Group is designed to give you all the support you need in between our weekly calls. 

You’ll be part of a community where you can bring any issue that you want coaching on; you can ask questions of me, or your peers; you can ask for specific accountability support; celebrate wins, etc.

Q. What are the benefits of group coaching vs. private 1-1 coaching?

A. One of the greatest benefits of a group program is the insights and breakthroughs you get by witnessing other people being coached on the same issues you’re struggling with.
