When will you be a great leader?

Leadership is a practice and we are all students in it. Some of us are more advanced students than others, but it's an ongoing practice and you have to show up every day and try to be a better leader.


A common characteristic among amazing leaders who have accomplished so much in their careers is that they are always curious and know there is more for them to learn and improve.

These leaders are not free from mistakes but they take pride in how they address the mistakes, erring on the side of patience and empathy.


The best you can do is show up every day and try to be better than the day before.
